One of Lucy's greatest passions is bringing other people joy through her hand crafted pastries. Throughout the 1980's Lucy baked wedding cakes for the Vietnamese community. She made a name for herself with her signature French style baking. In 2004, after Lucy retired from her first restaurant, she traveled to Southern France and became a pastry baking apprentice at Mason Carratié. Ever since, Lucy has enjoyed continuing to refine her craft by making delicious treats that are offered at Jade.

We strive to make the perfect Bahn Mi. In order to do that we make our own baguettes fresh daily.
